Country music superstar Aaron Tippin will perform SATURDAY, April 16 at 5 p.m. on the Wings Over Wayne main stage.
Tippin, a country music star with number-one hits that include “Kiss This,” “That's as Close as I'll get to Lovin' You”, “There Ain't Nothing Wrong with the Radio,” will perform after the final aerial performance at Wings Over Wayne.
Tippin's other Billboard hits include, “Where The Stars And Stripes And The Eagle Fly,” a Billboard number 2 hit that commemorated the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, “I Wouldn't Have It Any Other Way,” “My Blue Angel,” “Working Man's Ph. D.,” “The Call Of The Wild,” “I Got It Honest,” and “For You I Will.”
Tippin has toured the Middle East, performing for deployed troops, and has long been a favorite of America's fighting forces.
Country music superstar Tracy Lawrence will perform SUNDAY, April 17 at 5 p.m. on the Wings Over Wayne main stage.
Tracy Lawrence is one of the premier voices of his generation, a sensitive and intelligent singer who continues to stretch both as an artist and as a person. Lawrence's dedication to honesty and respect for tradition have enabled him to build one of the most respected careers in recent country history.
Along the way, Tracy has posted more No. 1 Billboard country singles than greats like Glen Campbell, Keith Whitley, Ernest Tubb, Wynonna or Barbara Mandrell, to name just a few; more Top 5's than Shania Twain, Faith Hill or The Judds; and more Top 10's than Ricky Skaggs, Charlie Rich, John Michael Montgomery or Dwight Yoakam.
North Carolina's Revelers Orchestra will perform Saturday & Sunday at various times thru the day on the Wings Over Wayne main stage.
The NC Revelers Orchestra, while featuring the best music of the Big Band Era, carries that tradition to the present day with newer tunes from the ensuing years that lend themselves to the instrumentation of the classic Big Band. The Revelers play newer material from the likes of Harry Connick and Michael Buble' right along with the more traditional big band fare associated with Glenn Miller or Frank Sinatra. Show tunes are of necessity a large part of the Revelers presentation and they play the best of the best.
The Garage Boys will perform Saturday & Sunday around noon and will also open for Aaron Tippin and Tracy Lawrence. Band members are Bryan Duffy, Craig Small, Aaron Harris & Mike Neufeld.
The Garage Boys are a high energy kick-butt rock band based out of Las Vegas Nevada. The band has performed all over the main Vegas strip as well as the Fremont Street strip. The boys have also played in parts of Arizona, California and Alaska. Keep an eye out for their up-coming CD!
